You Can't Pour From an Empty Cup

To “fill your cup” means replenishing yourself so you’re not constantly running on empty. The thing is, adult life slowly drains the cup. Responsibilities. Stress. Daily demands. So the goal isn’t to avoid the draining. The goal is to keep replenishing.
Rest. Recreation. Hobbies. A good book. Quiet walks. Meaningful conversations. Anything that restores your energy.
And when your cup becomes so full that it overflows, something beautiful happens: The people around you begin to benefit from your overflow.
That’s what it means to build a life that truly fills your cup.
